Notes: According to family historian Wynn Cowan Fairfield, Ebo was a slave owned and then freed by William Fairfield (John-Walter-William-William) "the mason" of Boston. AKA Nebo Fairfield. Wynn also noted Ebo/Nebo was married in Boston January 3, 1765, to free negro Phillis Whitney. He was admitted to the First Church of Boston October 30, 1715 and baptized there March 29, 1772.
