Notes: Abraham Fairfield was the son of Skipper and Rosanna (Sly) Fairfield. He was probably born in Sutton, MA, from whence his father migrated to Glocester, RI. Abraham was admitted as a freeman in Glocester in 1759, so he resided there at least since then and possibly since the late 1740s, when Skipper first purchased land in Glocester. Abraham died in 1810 in Glocester. Also included in the 1800 census are two of Abraham's sons: Solomon and Abraham Jr.
