Notes: Thomas was the son of William D. and Evelyn (Sheldon) McKinstry. His parents died when he was a teenager, and he lived with his Aunt Jennie afterward. Thomas married Elma Stapleton June 17, 1908. They lived in Mobile for many years, but Thomas died in Birmingham, Alabama, March 19, 1953.
