Notes: Jessie Fairfield was the daughter of Jason W. Fairfield Jr. (Caroline's brother). When Jason left Colorado circa 1900, Jessie went to live with her Aunt Caroline in Chicago, according to family historian Frank Corbin. Later, "when the Chicago house was sold, after the death of her uncle, Calvin Corbin, Jessie and her Aunt Carrie moved to Harbor Springs, Mich., to be with her cousin, Paul Corbin, and his family. When her aunt had a paralytic stroke, Jessie accompanied her to the hospital in Petoskey and remained with her until her death in 1918."
